Eyelash Extension Refill

Refill Consideration

When it comes to maintaining your lash extensions, you can either come for a new set every 4-6 weeks or choose to do a refill. During refill, we will remove the outgrown lashes and fill in lashes that have shed.

We won't count days after your appointment because we understand your lashes grow and that everybody has a different lash growing cycle.

* However, please note, in order be considered for a refill you must have at least 50% of your lashes left. Even though timing varies from person to person, we recommend to come in for a refill every 3 weeks.

To ensure high quality of our services, we do not except refills from other places.

The difference between sets is how defined and pronounced you want your lashes. We have 4 different sets: Beginner Half Set, Classic Set, Natural Volume Set, and Glam Extra Volume

Classic is when you apply one extension on one of your natural lashes. Volume is when you apply a handmade fan of 2 or more extensions on one of your natural lashes.

For touch-ups, we offer a quick 30 minute fill which costs $60., which is a quick fix before an important event. Our regular touch up prices depend on the set that you are going to choose. Please refer to our price list.

• No water for 3 hours after your appointment

• Wash your lashes consistently (oil-Free foam washes work the

best)

• Use oil-free products on lashes/eyelids

• Do not use mascara

• Do not rub, pick, or pull your eyes

• Avoid using eyelash curler

• Try to avoid exposure to heat, steam, and friction

• Brush your lashes daily

The price of service depends on technician's level. We have our advanced technician, Margo, and the owner of the studio, Nelly.

We offer our services at different price ranges to give our clients options. However, you will get terrific results with all of our technicians. Each member at OCHI strictly follows all NY State and national safety regulations as well as our company “satisfaction guidelines”.

In order to start working with clients, all our technicians are required to successfully complete an evaluation exam which is held personally by our founder Nelly. We understand the importance of ongoing education and believe there is always room for improvement.

Nelly, the founder of OCHI, is the Top Technician and the demand for her time is higher.

• If you wear contacts, bring your case & glasses.

• Do not use any oily products on your lashes at least 24 hours before an appointment

• Avoid drinking coffee before an appointment
