* 24-hour cancellation policy.
You must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or otherwise, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service fee.
* Appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed by text, email or online.*
We work only by appointment and our availability is limited due to a high demand. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please try to let us know in advance.
* No shows will be considered as same-day cancellation and those fees will apply.
* If you arrive more then 20 minutes for your appointment in some cases your service time may be shortened or treated as a no show.
