Eyelash Refills
- Please note that there has to be least 50% of the lashes left to be considered for a refill.
- After four weeks it will be considered a new set.
Refill Done At Other Places
- We do NOT accept fills from other places. If you have lashes left from other salon, please book a new set + removal.
- A $15 fee will be charged for lash removal from other places.
- Lash removal done at OCHI is free.
Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee
- If after the procedure you will not like the results- we’ll remove your lashes and give your money back!
- If during the first week after the initial service you’ll lose more than 10% of your lashes, we will fix it. Please feel free to come in for a free touch up.
